Gentlemen:
Firstly, I hope this email finds each of you in good spirits.
It’s early October and that can only mean one thing…………….major league baseball playoffs and of course, Synagogue Softball.
It’s time to plan a meeting. November 9, 2009 we will conduct our first of two managers meetings relating to the 15th season of Synagogue Softball. The meeting will begin at about 6:45 PM at VBS (in the Sher room).
If you are the manager for your squad for 2010, I welcome you to the meeting and ask that you please let me know whether you will be available to attend. If you are not available please arrange a teammate to attend and please let me know who that may be.
If you are not the manager for next season, excuse this email but if you would, please forward this email to the individual who will be managing and I apprreciate you doing that.
We have lots to talk about so please plan on attending.
